RESUMO

This paper proposes a sliding mode synchronous control approach to enhance the position synchronization performance and anti-interference capability of a double lifting point hydraulic hoist. Building upon the cross-coupling synchronous control method, a coupling sliding mode surface is formulated, incorporating the single-cylinder following error and double-cylinder synchronization error. Additionally, a sliding mode synchronous controller is devised to ensure the convergence of both the single-cylinder following and synchronization error. The hyperbolic tangent function is introduced to reduce the single-cylinder following error and the buffeting of the double-cylinder synchronization error curve under sliding mode synchronous control. The simulation results show that the synchronization accuracy of the sliding mode cross-coupling synchronization control in the initial stage of the system is 53.1% higher than that of the Proportional-Derivative (PD) cross-coupling synchronization, and the synchronization accuracy in the steady state of the system is improved by 90%. The designed synchronous controller has better performance under external disturbances.

RESUMO

Objective: To explore the effect of feedforward control on reducing the incidence of unplanned extubation and improving the quality of catheter nursing. Methods: A total of 186 patients with nasogastric tube after gastrointestinal surgery in the eastern region of our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the control group; 186 patients with nasogastric tube after gastrointestinal surgery in the western region of our hospital at the same period were selected as the experimental group. The influencing factors of unplanned extubation in patients with long-term postoperative nasogastric tube were analyzed, and effective preoperative and postoperative health education was conducted. The ratio of unplanned extubation of nasogastric tube and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results: Patient constraint, perceived pressure score, anxiety score, nasal gastrointestinal canal health education feedback score and indwell tube comfort score were independent risk factors for unplanned extubation. The restraint rate and the incidence of unplanned extubation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group after feedforward cognitive intervention. After intervention, serum albumin and gastric PH in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The safe nursing management method of feed forward control can effectively reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation in inpatients, which is worth further promoting in nursing work.

RESUMO

KEY MESSAGE: miR390-tasiRNA3-ARF4 pathway was identified in woodland strawberry. FvemiR390 was involved in the regulation of flowering time, and miR390-tasiRNA3-ARF4 regulated flowering time through FveAP1/FveFUL in woodland strawberry. miRNA is an important type of regulator, and widely involved in plant growth, development and stress response. As a conserved miRNA family, the function of miR390 has been studied in many species, but poorly understood in woodland strawberry. In this study, we found that the members of miR390 family were highly conservative, and FvemiR390a and FvemiR390b have the same mature sequence. Therefore, we chose FveMIR390a to generate FvemiR390 mature sequence for functional studies. Subsequently, the result of transient gene expression assay proved that FvemiR390 negatively regulates FveARF4 through miR390-tasiRNA3-ARF4 pathway. Using transgenic plants, we discovered that the overexpression of FveMIR390a delayed flowering in woodland strawberry. Further studies revealed that the expressions of FveAP1 and FveFUL were lower in transgenic plants, which indicates miR390-tasiRNA3-ARF4 pathway delays flowering time through the FveAP1/FveFUL in woodland strawberry. Moreover, the expression of FvemiR390 responded to exogenous hormones, which also provides a reference for the application of exogenous hormones in regulating the flowering time of woodland strawberry.

RESUMO

Flowering time is known to be regulated by numerous pathways, such as the autonomous, gibberellin, aging, photoperiod-mediated, and vernalization pathways. These regulatory mechanisms involve both environmental triggers and endogenous hormonal cues. Additional flowering control mechanisms mediated by other phytohormones, such as auxin, are less well understood. We found that in cultivated strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa), the expression of auxin response factor4 (FaARF4) was higher in the flowering stage than in the vegetative stage. Overexpression of FaARF4 in Arabidopsis thaliana and woodland strawberry (Fragaria vesca) resulted in transgenic plants flowering earlier than control plants. In addition, FveARF4-silenced strawberry plants showed delayed flowering compared to control plants, indicating that FaARF4 and FveARF4 function similarly in regulating flowering. Further studies showed that ARF4 can bind to the promoters of the floral meristem identity genes APETALA1 (AP1) and FRUITFULL (FUL), inducing their expression and, consequently, flowering in woodland strawberry. Our studies reveal an auxin-mediated flowering pathway in strawberry involving the induction of ARF4 expression.

RESUMO

Aiming towards state estimation and information fusion for nonlinear systems with heavy-tailed measurement noise, a variational Bayesian Student's t-based cubature information filter (VBST-CIF) is designed. Furthermore, a multi-sensor variational Bayesian Student's t-based cubature information feedback fusion (VBST-CIFF) algorithm is also derived. In the proposed VBST-CIF, the spherical-radial cubature (SRC) rule is embedded into the variational Bayes (VB) method for a joint estimation of states and scale matrix, degree-of-freedom (DOF) parameter, as well as an auxiliary parameter in the nonlinear system with heavy-tailed noise. The designed VBST-CIF facilitates multi-sensor fusion, allowing one to derive a VBST-CIFF algorithm based on multi-sensor information feedback fusion. The performance of the proposed algorithms is assessed in target tracking scenarios. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed VBST-CIF/VBST-CIFF outperform the conventional cubature information filter (CIF) and cubature information feedback fusion (CIFF) algorithms.
